There is a medicine chest of wild herbs thriving all around us. Learn how to identify, harvest and prepare common plants for ailments including wounds, nausea, indigestion, anxiety and more. We will make a poultice, a salve, capsules and an aromatherapy blend. Elise will share her top remedies for an herbal first aid kit. Participants will bring home samples and a handout.
