The sun has returned, and so we are spending much more time outside. As enjoyable as this can be, it also sometimes has painful consequences. Sunburns, muscle strains, turned ankles, mosquito bites, bee stings, and more health issues come along with our fun in the sun. Come learn about herbal remedies for these problems and others. Samples will be identified and discussed, and handouts will be available to take home. Time permitting, we might also create one of the instructor’s favorite remedies.
