Rochester’s Swede Day Mid-Sommer Festival

Annual Strawberry Festival

Does your dad love strawberry shortcake featuring Spooner berries? If so, head to the Strawberry Festival at the South Bay Grange for a family-friendly day of fun for Father’s Day. WET Science Center is having a Father’s Day Carnival in Olympia! There will be classic carnival games, mask and card making, and more. All are welcome!

Olympic Airshow

June 15-16
Olympic Flight Museum

Happening over Father’s Day weekend the Olympic Airshow is a thrilling thing to do in Tumwater that guarantees a good time. This year, check out the aircraft and displays from WWII and modern times. Watch demonstrations of working museum pieces including the P-51D American Beauty, AH-1 Cobra Gunship helicopter, and a Kaman HH-43 Huskie. Visiting performers offer even more aircrafts to view, including a Curtiss P-40E Kittyhawk. Ground tours and even rides will be available as well! Watch the Washington State Department of Natural Resources Aviation Division perform an aerial fire attack demonstration.
