The Pickering Community Club invites the public to welcome spring, get into the gardening spirit and find great Mother’s Day gifts at its annual Plant & Bake Sale. The club will offer a wide variety of annuals, perennials, vegetable starts, succulents, ornamentals, native plants and more. A Day in Life of Mama Birds

The WET Science Center is celebrating Mother’s Day with feathered moms! Learn all about the hard work mama birds do to grow their offspring with different activities including nest building, bird feeding and bird watching. This is a drop-in activity with no live birds.

Paint and Photo Mother’s Day Event

Mother’s Day 5K and Kids 1 Mile Run

The Family Support Center of South Sound’s Mother’s Day 5K and kids 1 Mile Run is a great way to give back while spending time with mom! Their 10th annual run is happening in-person for 2024. Benefits go directly to families and survivors in need. Online registration ends May 8.

Mother’s Day Brunch

Olympia Wooden Boat Fair

A fun day for the whole family is spending Mother’s Day 2024 at the 42nd annual Olympia Wooden Boat Fair. A free event, you can look at the many boats on display, shop the vendors, snack at the International Food Alley and listen to live music. On Saturday there will be a children’s boat building booth from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – or until supplies run out.
