Ages 9 to 13 / Instructor: Cristina Stormans

The 5th of May is the perfect excuse to cook up a Mexican party! With Cristina and friends you’ll be making Mango Salsa, Mexican Rice, Cheese Quesadillas and Orange-Jicama Fiesta Salad. Skills covered in class: how to cut a mango and an avocado, sectioning an orange, the science of cooking rice and other grains and zesting citrus.
