It’s fiesta time in the BSC kitchen and we’ll be cooking up a party! With Cristina and friends, you’ll be making Mango Salsa, Mexican Rice and Cheese Quesadillas. Skills covered in class: grating cheese, making rice, juicing citrus and how to cut an avocado.
