On Thursday, July 18 at 7:00 p.m., we gather to celebrate our young women who represent Capital Lakefair throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Capital Lakefair and the royalty court give back to the community each year. They participate in a variety of community-building events including organizations like the Hands On Children’s Museum, The Little Red Schoolhouse Project, Olympia’s Pie Fest, Special Library readings, and Thurston County’s Lifeskills Prom. They travel to numerous festivals and events throughout Washington, Oregon and Canada and visit many of the local service clubs to share their platform and their personal mission as future leaders in our community.
Come meet the women who represent our local high schools at this year’s Capital Lakefair Royalty Night and celebrate all of their accomplishments and efforts. This year’s royalty are:
- Queen Emma Waldon from North Thurston High School
- Princess Bridgette Byerly from River Ridge High School
- Princess Eleanor Kim from Black Hills High School
- Princess Ruby Roebuck from Avanti High School
- Princess Cassidy Walchak- Sloan from Olympia High School
