Poetry Reading: Afro-Brazilian Poet Salgado Maranhão

This coming Thursday, The Evergreen State College will host a poetry reading by award-winning Afro-Brazilian poet Salgado Maranhão and his translator Alexis Levitin. All are welcome!

This event is sponsored by the library’s Daniel J. Evans Reading Series and the following academic programs: “The Postcolonial Novel,” “Written Artifice in Literature and Philosophy,” and “The Spanish-Speaking World.”

The reading will be held in The Evergreen Underground – Basement.
