A realignment of energy is the ability to clearly claim and identify what makes you come alive and then move yourself into alignment with it. I will lead you through an experience of defining your intention, listing your obstacles, what you’re willing to let go of and what strengths and actions you need to take to realize your intention. We will do exercises designed to specifically address the energy that needs to shift—such as breathing, visualizing, movement, toning, etc.
