Procession of the Species Gala Fundraiser

The Procession of the Species Gala is a beautiful event that will showcase our luminary art pieces and some of our most famous puppets. There will be a gourmet buffet dinner and a no host bar. Festivities begin at 6:30 when the doors open.
At Earthbound Productions, we rely on small grants, donations and the generosity of individuals, businesses, and corporations to make the Procession a reality. We hope to raise enough money to sustain the 2016 Procession of the Species Celebration. Olympia is home to this now international event. Adults and children have joined together now for 21 years to create varied elements such as puppets, banners and costumes, as well as music and dance. The result is a community expression advancing our cultural commitment to preserve the natural world.

On Saturday, April 23 2016 about 2000 participants will process down the streets of downtown Olympia, and over 30,000 people will come from surrounding communities to watch this one of a kind event.
