Community Foundation Environmental Initiative Grant Info Session

The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound (The Foundation) is pleased to announce our second Environmental Initiative. This endeavor is designed to build on the work from the first Initiative which generated the 2013 Farms to Market Assessment. We know that many conversations and much work has resulted from that assessment. The report is available at thecommunityfoundation.com.

The Foundation will award up to $25,000 for a project(s) that supports a dynamic, strong, regional agricultural environment that includes our 3-county service area (Lewis, Mason and Thurston counties) and builds on the 2013 Farms to Market Assessment. Our goal is are to strengthen the local food economy and the relationships between local food producers and regional end purchasers/users.
