Caring Kids: Family Volunteer Project

Child Care Action Council (CCAC) just launched a new volunteer program called Caring Kids! It’s a fantastic program that combines the spirit of volunteerism with early learning activities. We host monthly volunteer projects that are specifically designed for young children to be fun and educational. We’re hosting our first event in November – it’s called Cards of Kindness and participants will make card for deployed service members to be distributed through the Red Cross. What we love about this program is that it’s a great way to connect families to our community and empower our young people to make a difference. If you’ve been looking for a fun and creative way to give back to your community, connect with your family, or just make a difference – you should check this out.
