What: Canning the Bounty Together Come join Olympia Slow Food & Kitchen Garden Project Staff in the GRuB kitchen to share and learn about the wonders of preserving your harvest as you do your canning alongside others. No canning experience necessary.

When you sign up, please indicate if you are experienced, novice or brand new to canning. Please note what you can bring e.g. canner, jars and lids, seasonal fruits, peelers, knives, organic sugar, recipes suitable for hot water bath processing and produce. Participants will share the cost of these items.
