We’re excited to unveil the 2023 Boss of the Year Honorees, celebrating exceptional leadership that sparks innovation, fosters communication, and drives outstanding performance in the workplace. Co-presented by Express Employment Professionals, this annual recognition applauds leaders nominated by their direct reports.
12 savvy students from Saint Martin’s University visited and interviewed the finalists, contributing insights that shaped the selection process. “It’s not just an award; it’s a thorough analysis of leadership excellence,” notes Reid Bates, Owner of Express Employment Professionals.
