Beginning Friday, April 15, the section of 31st Avenue NE located east of Hogum Bay Road NE to Hanna Drive NE will be closed to through traffic due to construction of a gravity sewer line and road improvements. The closure is expected to last through mid-June. A detour route will be posted.
