Write Fiction with Novelist Jim Lynch at Summer Creative Writing Institute: Apply Now

Spend a week at Saint Martin’s University, June 4-10, with acclaimed novelist Jim Lynch (The Highest Tide, Truth Like the Sun, Before the Wind) to study the craft of writing fiction and to gather inspiration with a community of writers for your next endeavor. Lynch will be at SMU as part of the university’s Summer Creative Writing Institute, doing morning presentations on writing fiction and meeting in the afternoons with each participant about their own writing. Other activities include workshops on poetry and flash fiction, writing group sessions, evening presentations by local writers, and a special playwriting workshop by renowned playwright Bryan Willis. Cost is $1,145 residential; $990 nonresidential.
