With Buddhist Teacher Debbie Dodson

From our own experience, we know that anger creates problems for our self and those around us. In this class, we’ll learn how to recognize and overcome this common enemy of anger without repressing it or allowing it to cause harm, thus improving our life and relationships!

The mind of anger takes many forms and has many faces. Frustration, anxiety, and jealousy are all minds rooted in anger. During this class participants will learn how to identify their anger in all its forms while learning how to apply opponents to these destructive minds. Buddha’s methods for defeating our minds of anger are both practical and profound.

This class will be will be taught using “How to Solve Our Human Problems”, a highly acclaimed book by Buddhist Meditation Master and Spiritual Teacher Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This book shows us how to respond to difficulties with a positive and peaceful mind. You can find this book in our gift shop.
