Details:
*The group will meet every other week on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm for 4 months in Shelly’s office located on the West Side of Olympia. There will be 8 sessions total beginning February 18th 2020.

*Dates: 2/18/20, 3/3/20, 3/17/20, 3/31/20, 4/14/20, 4/28/20. 5/12/20, 5/26/20

*Sessions will consist of: Topics & information presented, discussion, support, & accountability check-ins. You will leave each session with specific action steps & commitments for you to work on until we meet again. Each session will open with check-ins and reviewing what you have worked on over the past 2 weeks, so that you have the support & accountability needed to follow through! Each session’s information presented will build on the last, giving you a roadmap to follow on your journey to feeling great!

*The program will be limited to an intimate group of 5 so that everyone gets the attention & support that they need to succeed!

*We will have a private Facebook group to communicate, support, receive support, check in, share resources, and hold each other accountable in following through with your transformation between sessions. You will have email support with Shelly between sessions. You will always have support at your reach!

*Additionally, if you feel like you need extra support with something specific, you will have the opportunity to schedule individual, private coaching sessions with Shelly during the program to further help you succeed in reaching your goals!

*COST: The cost is $150 per month. Monthly payments are welcome. Your first monthly payment is required to save your spot. If paid in full before we begin ($600), you will receive a bonus free private coaching session with Shelly to utilize at any time during the program when you feel that you can benefit from it the most. ($140 value) The investment you make in yourself will be priceless!
