Compassion is the most beautiful, joyful and beneficial of minds. When we begin to open our hearts to our compassion we initiate a process of change and growth that will enable us to become the kind, courageous and wise person we all in our heart of hearts long to be.

Through love and compassion we learn how to have a heartfelt concern for others’ happiness, and by practically applying this in our lives, we experience immediate benefit, and our mind becomes calm and peaceful.

There is no greater mind for healing our hearts and healing our relationships. It is also the best mind for helping others and for helping to transform our world. Compassion is our Buddha nature – an indicator of the enormous spiritual potential that exists within all of us. We all already have some compassion. In this series we will learn how to connect to our present compassion and how to cultivate it so as to bring about the transformations for our self and for others that we long for.
