In February, SPSCC hosts author Jamaica Kincaid. Kincaid, who won the American Book Award for her 2014 novel “See Now Then,” will present “Landscapes and Memory.” Fans of Kincaid will recognize her distinctive, melodic style with an appeal that stretches across generations and ethnic boundaries. Kincaid will be at the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts Mainstage on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for Jamaica Kincaid are $10 for general admission, (which includes a $3 Washington Center service fee), and the event is free to all SPSCC staff, faculty and students. Tickets will be available online at OlyTix.org or by calling The Washington Center for the Performing Arts box office at (360) 753-8586. The event is sponsored by The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound.
