In class she’ll make the very best Phad Thai, stir-fried rice sticks with her special Phad Thai sauce, tofu and peanuts, Tom Yum Goong, the refreshing sweet and sour soup with lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaf and Thai ginger broth, Gaeng Nam Tao, seasonal pumpkin curry with pork and Thai basil, and Khanom Morgaeng, Thai custard with coconut cream and caramelized shallot.
