Following the enactment of the Billy Frank Jr. Tell Your Story Act, introduced by U.S. Rep Denny Heck (WA-10) and signed into law by President Obama in late 2015, U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary Sally Jewell will join tribal leaders and elected officials to officially recognize the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge and Medicine Creek Treaty National Memorial for the first time.
