Pellegrino’s Italian Kitchen and Open Road Productions are reuniting to bring an intergalactic, never-before-seen musical murder mystery to Olympia audiences this March. Where else can you enjoy a delicious four-course dinner, and find a cold blooded killer before they strike again?
In Murder Beyond the Stars, the audience are attendees of the 29th annual Journeycon, a celebration of the classic science fiction TV show Journey Beyond the Stars. But this year, MURDER’s been added to the schedule! Dueling starship captains, aggrieved lovers and deranged fans mean there’s plenty of mystery to go around. Find out whodunit before the intergalactic murderer strikes again!
For this world-premiere event, acclaimed local composer Daven Tillinghast has written six new, never before heard songs, played live by the Wildwood Orchestra, with bandleader Brad Schrandt (keyboard), local jazz legend Syd Potter (trumpet), Cameron Arneson (bass) and Maria Joyner-Wulf (percussion).
