The Olympia Film Society is delighted to announce that America’s celebrated songstress, Lucinda Williams, will be playing the historic Capitol Theater on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Called “America’s best songwriter,” by TIME magazine, and winner of three Grammy Awards (including Best Country Song, Best Contemporary Folk Album, and Best Female Rock Vocal), Lucinda effortlessly blends rock, soul, country and blues into a sound that is distinctly her own. She is currently on tour to support her 11th studio album, Down Where the Spirit Meets the Bone.
Advance and OFS Member tickets to see LUCINDA WILLIAMS at the CAPITOL THEATER are $30. Day of show (7/21/15) tickets are $35. Tickets are available online (olympiafilmsociety.org) and at the box office. General admission only. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.; show begins at 8:00 p.m. This show is all ages, and the Mezzanine Lounge will be open to 21+ w/ID.
