We are constantly changing and can even say that we are a new person with each new moment. Still, we sometimes hold on to the past and the mistakes we made in the past. Sometimes, like at the start of the new year, we can make a clean break from the past. Buddha actually taught special perspectives we can develop that will help us accomplish our goal.

If we consider the disadvantages of being caught in the past we will see how important it is to develop attitudes that will help us. Because by dwelling on our past mistakes and problems, we harm ourselves even more. Our inability to let go of past insults and other emotional wounds drains our energy, tightens our minds, and prevents us from experiencing inner peace and happiness. Most of us know this. So why do we let our past mistakes and problems burden us as if they were among our most precious possessions?

During this course, you’ll not only learn to relate to your potential to grow and change but also special techniques that will help you do just that. You’ll emerge feeling a great sense of peace at your heart and better able to heal troubled relationships.

Everyone is Welcome
