“Soil” will be the class topic, taught by instructor – Daniel Ufnar – Soil Scientist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service. This class will be a two part class. Part 1 – will discuss the basics of soil formation and the important inherent and dynamic soil properties that most contribute to soil function. Part 2- Intro and demonstration of how to use Web Soil Survey. General planning information on the soils in your area.
