When we got to talking cereal mashing an IPA with our good friends at Ft. George they got to talking Brut IPA and Fancy Stuff was born! We blended rice and corn with a minimal amount Pilsner malt for a clean, crisp almost non existent malt character. To this, we extravagantly dry hopped the beer with luxurious amounts Citra and Topaz to create a beer that drinks higher than its rank! Fancy! Come join us for a our celebration of our collaboration with Fort George Brewing, Fancy Stuff, an extravagant Brut IPA with lavish taste for your most affluent friends.
Listen to the classical tunes of Danny Haigh on the keys. He will amaze you with his wide range of music and talents. Jessica Blinn and Tarik Bentlemsani will tug on your heartstrings as they soothe our souls with their music.
As per usual, the Taco Truck will be serving up its finest all day!
