Fun and easy, pot stickers and Asian dumplings are perfect for a get-together! In this hands-on class, Lee Ann will teach you how to make traditional Japanese Gyoza (pot stickers), a light and bright Chicken-Asparagus Gyoza with dipping sauce, and Goon Mandu, a Korean fried dumpling with a Korean seasoned dipping sauce, Yangnyeom Ganjang. After assembling the fillings, sauces and dumplings, students will learn pan-steaming and frying techniques. Taste the handiwork with Steamed Rice and Japanese Cucumber Salad. You’ll make a tray of your own dumplings to take home!
