Bread Basics Class

Come join us for our final baking class of the season (before it gets too hot in the bakery to bake!).  This class will teach you the basics of bread making.  Then you’ll be able to make bread for your friends and family when they come over for soup night!  We’ll make white bread, whole-wheat bread, enriched bread and rolls. You’ll go home with bread samples and recipes to create your own at home.  This class is appropriate for folks 16 years old and over.
