At TBH’s annual fundraiser for local nonprofit organizations, Temple members and community volunteers will serve blintzes and bagels with lox and cream cheese in the synagogue’s social hall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with South Sound’s most popular used book sale in the synagogue’s second floor classrooms from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Frozen blintzes by the dozen and canvas grocery totes will also be for sale. Cash and checks accepted, sorry no cards.

The event also features a cooking/baking competition for the region’s tastiest cheesecakes. Bring your cheesecakes to the Temple social hall between 10-11am – judging will begin about 11am and the winners will be announced about 12:30pm. Awards designed by nationally respected, local artist, Jean Mandeberg will be presented to the bakers of the winning cheesecakes.

The beneficiaries of the proceeds from this year’s event are: ROOF Community Services Food Bank, the Emergency Overnight Shelter, and South Sound Parent to Parent.
