The animal lovers at the Lacey Timberland Library invite everyone to attend an Animal Video Festival and Photo Contest, Saturday, October 10 from 7 to 9 p.m.
In addition to the adorable pig, Amy Trotter, showing off her tricks, Canopy Cat Rescue volunteers will screen videos of some of their most spectacular rescues and talk about their work. At the end of the evening, judges will award prizes to the winners of the animal photo contest.
Prior to the festival, animal loving photographers may enter their favorite critter pictures before the deadline of September 30. Contest guidelines are available at the Lacey Timberland Library Information Desk.
The Friends of the Lacey Timberland Library support this event and will provide snacks and beverages.
