Every year Thurston Community Media (TCMedia) produces a live broadcast on Election Night to deliver local results. The November 3, 2020 program will feature Thurston County Commissioner races, Thurston Superior Court, and Washington State House and Senate races for Legislative Districts 2, 20, 22, and 35.
This year, due to the COVID pandemic, special guests will appear via ZOOM. Outgoing County Commissioner, John Hutchings, will join TCMedia host, Deborah Vinsel, for an interview at the beginning of the program. Other guests include Karen Tvedt of the League of Women Voters Thurston County, and Alexis Walker, Ph.D. associate professor of political science at St. Martin’s University.
In addition to the results and political analysis, we have invited local candidates to share a few minutes on air to talk about their campaign.
The program starts at 8:00 p.m.
Comcast cable subscribers in Thurston County can watch on Channels 3, 22, 26, and 77, and a worldwide audience can watch online at the TC Media website or on the TC Media YouTube Channel on Tuesday, November 3rd from 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
