Freya Jean Hemphill was born on February 6, 2107 at 9:05 a.m. at The Birth House in Olympia. Freya weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Freya was welcomed by her parents, Reid and Stephanie Hemphill, as well as her grandparents Bobby and Karri Hemphill, Greg and Kelly Wilson, and Chris Rayan.
Stephanie and Reid are both lifetime residents of Lacey and met while attending Timberline High School. Reid graduated in 1999 and Stephanie graduated in 2002. Their families have been in Thurston County for many generations and readers may recognize Stephanie’s family as owners of Dirty Dave’s Pizza Parlor.
Stephanie performed as a Sea Gal from 2010 – 2013. Reid is a former Team USA Rink Hockey player.
