While rejoicing in a few, intermittent rain showers, BBQ fans flocked to Huntamer Park in Lacey on Saturday, July 11 for the annual South Sound BBQ Festival. The event, hosted by the Lacey South Sound Chamber, brought together amateur chefs and hungry attendees. A favorite activity is always the chicken wing eating contest.
