Occasions Catering & Special Events is pleased to announce new ownership. Howard and Karla Curry took over as owners and manager effective October 1, 2012.  Howard, as Operations and Facility Manager, comes with several years experience in fine dining as dinner chef and pastry chef, at both Chuckanut Manor and Oyster Creek Inn. He also has 18 years experience as General Contractor with Terra Vista Construction. Karla is perfectly suited for her role as Sales Manager and Events Specialist with her business and design degrees and experience as an interior design consultant. Her artistic touch will make each event beautiful and memorable. She has been with Occasions over three years as a Special Events Coordinator.

Former owner, Jennie Hannah, will continue with Occasions, offering her years of expertise, as she semi-retires.  She and husband, Jim Hannah, will spend some time visiting with children and grandchildren in California and Washington, fishing and taking life a little easier.

Occasions will continue to offer impeccable service and delicious food for many years to come and we are looking forward to our future under new ownership.
