JULY Summer Camp Includes: art projects, yoga poses, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, mantras, affirmations, wellness tips, self care tools, sound healing concert, dance, health lectures, movement, self-confidence skills, guest lecturers, outdoor activities, snacks & lots of fun!
