Join Julie Martin, founder of Oly-Cultures, in this two hour informative class on how to create your own milk kefir. Kefir is an age-old probiotic beverage hailing from Asia, and is a charming and light health tonic. The class will include a step-by-step demonstration on how to ferment and store your milk kefir. Julie will also lead a discussion on some of the numerous ways milk kefir can be used in the home, such as in baking and desserts. Participants will also be invited to sample milk kefir products.
