Everyone has their own way of dealing with life’s difficulties and stressors. For most of us, our solutions only create more problems. Buddha said that while this is common, it is not necessary.

However, if we want to deal with life’s difficulties successfully we need tried and tested methods. Buddha gave teachings over 2600 years ago and people are still finding success with them. The methods are known as “training the mind” because we work to train our mind to respond to difficulties in productive ways.

This series of classes, which is taught by Gen Kelsang Wangpo, the Resident Teacher at Tushita KBC, will focus on several of these techniques.

You can attend classes on a drop-in basis, according to your schedule.
