Summer Quarter Training Offerings. RETC is pleased to offer its summer quarter training sessions from our new location near the Capitol Campus in Olympia.

Morning: Overview and Basics
• Purpose of Hazard Prevention
• Safe Work Practices
• Defining Risk
• Five conditions of a hazard
• Roles and Responsibilities for designing safe job tasks and worksites
Afternoon: Identifying and eliminating worksite hazards
• Identifying hazards are present
• Identify when and where they exist
• Map-out how they are triggered
• Plan to eliminate/or control the impact and harm they could cause
• Practicum
