Your health is priceless, your wellness is perhaps the most important thing in life. At Journey to Wellness, we strive to help you understand how important health, wellness, and self-care should be to you. This is a warm, inviting place for you to come and learn without judgment, in a safe and caring environment with other individuals that likely struggle with the same types of things that you struggle with. We are all in this together, supporting one another, and helping each other grow.

Journey to Wellness has planned the Renew Health & Wellness Retreat, so you can renew your sense of health and self-care. Indulge in massage, yoga, local organic cuisine, wellness workshops, fitness classes and even salsa lessons!

When: Friday, March 28th through Sunday March 30th, 2014
Where: Olympia, Washington
Included:
Friday night, join us for a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and meet the J2W crew as well as the other participants that will be on this journey with you!
Saturday morning, we will enjoy a smoothie bar, followed by a walk through beautiful downtown Olympia to the local Farmer’s Market to explore.
Classes centered around health and wellness will run all day Saturday and Sunday.
Short fitness classes to get our bodies moving (Yoga, Zumba, and Salsa dancing by our very own Melissa Browning).
Wonderfully prepared local, organic meals compliments of Jen Witherspoon (Friday hors d’oeuvres, lunch and dinner on Saturday, brunch and dinner on Sunday).
A smoothie bar with fresh organic ingredients is provided for breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning.
Massages compliments of Christy Moody.
Healthy “fast-food” snacks are also included at all times for your indulgence.
Wellness workshops schedule coming soon!! The classes that are on the schedule so far are: – gluten free living – positive body image – fermented foods – bio-individuality – essential oils – self care
All of this is available to you, but you are not required to attend any of the classes/events/meals. Pick and choose those things that you are most interested in, or enjoy them all!
