Open Ultimate Frisbee at noon, Capitol Lake Park. This is starting up as a weekly thing (previously held at Reeves Middle School field), competitve but fun for many levels of play as long as you can catch and throw. Male and female, adults, non-contact no injuries please! Look for the orange cones and flying disc(s)!
