Come learn about the Olympia Oyster at this informal fair bringing together folks from a variety of different organizations to discuss the cultural, environmental, and commercial importance of the oyster. Historical photographs and other images will be on display. Co-hosted by the Olympia Heritage Commission, Washington State Archives, Chelsea Farms, and the other local businesses at 222 Market. Held in conjunction with the 1:30 Olympia Oyster History Tour, also starting from the 222 Market Atrium. Free and open to all.
