Visitors are welcome at Olympia Garden Club Meetings. This month Past Presidents of OGC will be honored with a Special Tea. Meetings include social hour, sales of plants donated by members, review of horticulture samples from members’ gardens, a report on the habits of various birds, a floral design of the month, business meeting, and a program. April’s program is a presentation from GRuB (Garden Raised Urban Bounty). Olympia Garden has donated funds to GRuB, and also donates funds to schools for grants for their horticultural projects. Depending on the current CDC guidelines, attendees may be asked to wear a mask and dress warmly as the windows are open for better circulation.
