This class consists of 8 class sessions on Monday evenings both in person and online from 6 – 8:30PM from September 25 to November 13, 2023. And includes a 6 hour mindfulness day retreat (also hybrid) Saturday, November 4 from 9:00AM – 3:00PM on the beautiful land at one. Come find connection, joy, and peace of mind.
