Lincoln Options Enrollment Information Nights

Lincoln Options Elementary will soon begin enrolling new students for the 2019-2020 school year. The Options Program offers an alternative learning environment featuring multi-age classrooms, developmentally appropriate curriculum, thematic learning, and a high level of parent participation. Lincoln is part of the Olympia School District and always fills its K/1 classes from inside the District. To help you make an informed decision about whether the Options Program is right for your family, we encourage you to attend an Information Meeting from 6 – 8 p.m. on either February 28 or March 6, 2019. The meetings will be in the cafeteria on the lower level. The purpose of the meeting is to describe the program and lottery process, and give you an opportunity to meet the staff and ask questions. Childcare will be provided in the Activity Room on the main floor. Donations for childcare are greatly appreciated.

Additionally, the Olympia School District is hosting an informational event for parents and guardians who will have children in kindergarten in the 2018-2019 school year. This event, ‘Countdown to Kindergarten,’ is Saturday, February 9 from 10-11:30 a.m. in the Capital High School Commons. Lincoln Options will be there to answer questions about our kindergarten program.
