Barb knows the secret to achieving perfection with pears! Her Pear Salad with Buttermilk-Curry Dressing, with dried apricots and walnuts on endive leaves is heavenly and she reaches new heights with Pear and Pecan Stuffed Squash, Delicata squash with wheat berries and pears served on a bed of sauteed kale. You’ll also receive recipes for Pear and Parsnip Bisque, a simple cream-based soup
Pear and Cranberry Crostata, with Barlett pears, cheese and dried cranberries encased in cream cheese pastry.
