How do you think of yourself? Is your sense of self-worth tied up in the expectations, perceptions, statements, and actions of others? For most of us, it is. We feel embarrassed when someone else acts up. We feel a lot of things based on others. In reality, we need to develop our own image of our self in a positive and healthy way.

Our view of ourselves has a large impact on how we act, and how others are affected by our actions. If we act and from a space of confidence, we can much more easily accomplish our goals.

Confidence is not something we need to fabricate, all we have to do is to understand the reasons, that are already there. It is only our lack of understanding that keeps us in the veils of self-doubt.

To develop a good self-image we need special, powerful ways of thinking that we can make a fundamental part of our world view (and our view of our self). For this class, we are combining meditation and the development of a healthy self-view.

Everyone is welcome. The truth is, we all struggle with insecurities of one type or another, so we all need this wisdom.
