Harbor Rescue will hold a pet portrait fundraiser for Valé, a special dog with extra needs. Valé (pronounced “volley”) is a beautiful young Lab mix. She was brought to the attention of Harbor Rescue in 2017 when she had been hit by a car and needed help.
