Hands-On Bread Making with 8 Arms Bakery

Learn all the basics of making homemade bread in this informative hands-on class. Jen will demonstrate how to mix and knead bread and then you’ll try your hand at making Basic White Bread, Basic Whole-Wheat Bread and Cinnamon Swirl Bread. She’ll discuss how to enrich bread with ingredients such as oil, eggs or butter and add interest with the addition of sunflower seeds, mashed potatoes, orange zest or chocolate chunks. Jen will bring her own Challah dough that students can shape into rolls and then, of course, we’ll taste everything at the end of class! $50
