“Go, Granny D” Theatrical Performance

Currently touring nationwide, actress Barbara Bates Smith and musician Jeff Sebens will present an event to motivate and inspire voters: “Go, Granny D: “You’re Never too old to Raise a little Hell—” is a touring show raising funds and awareness for progressive reform efforts. The performance features Doris “Granny D” Haddock’s walk across the country at age 90 for campaign finance reform, and empowers people to continue working for reform.
“Granny D” was constitutional scholar Lawrence Lessig’s inspiration for his 185-mile march against corruption February 2014 in New Hampshire.
